Italian Ravioli is very similar to Asian Wonton. So, why don't we mix these two together and see what we get?.... This Ravioli filled with wonton filling which consisted of shrimps and other Asian herbs. Well, you can see the result. The taste is very unique and different. It is creamy from the cream sauce and at the same time you get the aroma and a hint of the sour taste from the Kaffir.

Snack Boxes
These are snack boxes for funeral. The customer wanted something which are different from the bakery snack boxes which you get from almost every funeral in Bangkok.
I came up with the idea of making smaller portion of my well known dishes which are easy to eat like Cottage Pie, Tuna in White Sauce, and Stir-Fried Pasta and put them in small containers. The complete snack box comes with a small container of food, a chocolate bar, a juice box, a spoon and a napkin.

Salad Dressing Gift Baskets
These salad dressing baskets look very pretty when they sit in a row together. I got this order from a customer who is health conscious and would like to give healthy salad dressing to her love ones.
