Pad Kanom Jeen (ผัดขนมจีน)

Yesterday I was craving for Pad Kanom Jeen at Som Tum Nua, a very well known Som Tum restaurant on Siam Square which I really like. So, I decided to create this dish from my memory of how it taste and the ingredients. It turned out very well. I don't have to stand in line in front of Som Tum Nua for Pad Kanom Jeen anymore. Now I can have it from Candle!!!

Creamed Corn and Creamed Spinach

These two side dishes reminded me of Lawry's - Prime Rib restaurant in The US. These were two of a few choices which we can choose to accompany our Prime Rib. These creamy side dishes also go well steak, pork chop or just any roast. Fit for people who just can't get enough of creamy stuff....like me!!!

Carbonara



Are you a cream sauce lover? If you are, then Carbonara is the dish for you. The sauce made from heavy cream, egg yolks, and cheese which made it very thick and creamy. The sauce is tossed with pasta and accompany by crispy bacon.
